Orders placed on a Wednesday (after 2pm), Friday or Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock orders made before 2 pm will be delivered the next day (excluding Friday and Saturday) for addresses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain (city limits), while other emirates are served 1 to 4 times a week as per above schedule.

Can you deliver the same day?

No, at the moment we are unable to offer same-day deliveries.

Can I choose the time of the day I want my order delivered?

When submitting your order you can select your preferred delivery window in Dubai and Abu Dhabi: we will do our best to accommodate your request, though sometimes our drivers are delayed by traffic, bad weather, or other factors we can’t control. If you have restrictions during the chosen delivery window add a note in your order and we will communicate directly with the courier.

Do you deliver on Friday and Saturday?

At the moment we don’t delivery on Friday and Saturday. Orders placed on a Wednesday (after 2 pm), Friday or Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.

I have placed an order after 2 pm, can you still deliver tomorrow?

The cut off time to receive your order the next day is 2 pm, though we understand your order might be urgent and we will do our best  to exceptionally deliver it the next day. Please contact us by 5 pm for any special request.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

At the moment we don’t delivery during public holidays.

How can I double check when I will receive my order?

If you have already placed an order, you can check the delivery date in the email confirmation you received. If you are still in the check-out page, once you enter the delivery address you’ll be able to see the delivery date in your area.

Do you deliver to other locations besides homes?

Yes. We can deliver to your work or any address within our delivery areas, including offices, warehouse, schools and hotels. We cannot deliver to a P.O. box or enter gated free-zones.

Do I need to be home when my delivery comes?

We’re happy to leave your order at your doorstep, reception, with a maid, a security guard or a friend if necessary. You can leave us instructions when completing your order. If your order contains perishable food items, please also alert the person who is receiving the order on your behalf, so they can take appropriate measures to store the items at the right temperature after delivery.

Can I reschedule the delivery day and/or time?

Contact us by 7 pm on the day before the scheduled delivery to change the delivery day and/or time.

What happens if I miss the scheduled delivery?

If you have not contacted us to reschedule the delivery and are out or do not answer the phone when our courier attempts delivery, the box(es) are returned to the warehouse. You will be able to pick up your box(es) at courier facility in Dubai for two working days. After this period, your order will be cancelled and the cost of your order will be refunded to you (excluding the cost of perishable items and shipping fees). If you would like to have the order re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
