  • Place your order directly from our website and receive your box at your home or office the next day.
  • The minimum order value is 50 AED of products plus delivery fees. Check applicable delivery fees here.
  • We deliver in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Um Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Visit the delivery info page.
  • We offer both one-time purchases and organic farm box subscriptions. Visit the subscription page.

Do you have a shop I can visit or pick up my order?

We don’t have a physical shop at the moment. We offer delivery-only and pick-up is not possible.

Can I place my order through phone, whasapp or email?

Sorry, at this time we are unable to accept any phone and/or email order. If you have trouble ordering from the website, please contact us for assistance.

How can I add items to the cart and submit my order?

Browse the shop page and hit the ‘add to cart’ button for each item you want to order. Click on a product photo or product name to see more detailed information and ingredient list. To submit your order visit the check-out page and make sure you click on ‘place order’ before leaving the page.

Can I place a gift /surprise order for someone?

Yes! In the check-out page simply fill the ‘billing’ section with your own details and then click on ‘ship to a different address’ to add the details of the person you are ordering for. Add all special instructions as a note and if you don’t give us the customer’s phone number make sure someone will be available to receive the box.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 1 hour from placing it without any charges being applied. Just send an email to orders@thehonestcounter.com with the reference number of your order. If you want to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, we will reimburse your order except for perishable items, shipping and admin fees.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns, whether opened or unopened. Moreover the delivery service is contracted to a third party therefore no exchanges, returns or fractioning of the order is allowed. The delivery person has no authorization to make any changes on the invoice amount or return any items to the shop.

What if I am not happy with the items received?

Depending on the reason we will either replace or refund the products:

  • We sent you the wrong product – We will be happy to replace or refund the wrong products.
  • The product is damaged – We are happy to replace or refund the products at our expense. We will only process replacements for products that are returned in full and kept refrigerated where applicable, as these products will be analyzed.
  • The product has been damaged during shipping or tampered with – We will be happy to replace the products at our expense or refund them, provided that you immediately inspect the shipment upon delivery and notify the delivery person of the issue right away.

 

We will process refunds through the original payment method.
