Raw Broccoli & Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g Broccoli (1 piece - large)
  • 300 g Avocado Hass ( 3 pieces - small)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Toasted pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Properly wash the broccoli and cut the stalk off with a sharp knife.

  2. Separate the individual florets and place them in a large salad bowl.

  3. Mash the avocado with a fork and add them in the salad bowl.

  4. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper.

  5. Add some toasted pine nuts and raisins.
