Ingredients

  • 4 slices Smoked Salmon
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 80 g pre-cooked cous cous
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • Mint
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the cous cous using the directions on the packet.
  2. Wash and cut the apple and the cucumber into small dices.
  3. Cut the smoked salmon into small strips.
  4. Layer the different ingredients into a small glass
