Sauté in a non-stick pan on a medium heat for 2 1/2 minutes. There’s no need for oil. Gently stir until heated through. For best results add a little seasoning.
Microwave in an uncovered bowl. Reduce cooking time if oven setting is more than 900 Watts. Once cooked, turn gently with a spoon and serve.
